Online<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">IFSAM is pleased to announce its\u00a0<b>inaugural Research-Practice Conference<\/b>, organised\u00a0<b>in collaboration with ICO NIDA and the Asian Organization Development Network (AODN)<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Taking place in<b>\u00a0hybrid mode, online\u00a0<\/b>and in<b>\u00a0Bangkok from 26 to 28 November 2026<\/b>, with opportunities to participate both on-site and online, the conference will create a space where researchers, practitioners, business leaders, consultants, policymakers and change agents can come together to exchange knowledge and explore how organizations can move from sustainability towards regeneration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">At the heart of the conference is a simple ambition: to strengthen the dialogue between research and practice around the organizational, managerial and societal challenges of building more resilient and regenerative futures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Contributions are invited across\u00a0<b>five conference tracks<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Organizational development, change management &amp; leadership for regenerative organizations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Future of work, human capital &amp; regenerative workforce development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Strategic management, entrepreneurship &amp;
