Call for Papers | IFSAM launches its inaugural Research-Practice Conference
“From Sustainable to Regenerative: Organization Development and Management Practices”
Dates:26–28 November 2026
Mode: Hybrid Bangkok (Thailand) & Online
IFSAM is pleased to announce its inaugural Research-Practice Conference, organised in collaboration with ICO NIDA and the Asian Organization Development Network (AODN).
Taking place in hybrid mode, online and in Bangkok from 26 to 28 November 2026, with opportunities to participate both on-site and online, the conference will create a space where researchers, practitioners, business leaders, consultants, policymakers and change agents can come together to exchange knowledge and explore how organizations can move from sustainability towards regeneration.
At the heart of the conference is a simple ambition: to strengthen the dialogue between research and practice around the organizational, managerial and societal challenges of building more resilient and regenerative futures.
Contributions are invited across five conference tracks:
- Organizational development, change management & leadership for regenerative organizations
- Future of work, human capital & regenerative workforce development
- Strategic management, entrepreneurship & marketing
- Artificial intelligence, digital transformation & innovation for regeneration
- Academia–industry dialogue and knowledge transfer for regenerative development
Reflecting its research-practice orientation, the conference welcomes two submission formats: Long Abstracts, for theoretical, empirical, methodological, conceptual or review-based research, and Practice Insights, for experience-based contributions addressing real-world management challenges and organizational transformation.
Key dates:
📌 Submission deadline: 20 September 2026
📩 Notification of acceptance: 15 October 2026
📅 Conference: 26–28 November 2026
Submissions should be sent to conference@practice-research.org.
We invite scholars and practitioners from across the IFSAM community and beyond to join us and contribute to this new space for dialogue, collaboration and knowledge exchange between research and practice.
